Reuth Kienow

Reuth Kienow has extensive work experience in decision analytics, modeling, and risk management. Reuth is currently serving as the Vice President of Decision Analytics & Modeling at Conn's HomePlus since November 2020. Prior to that, Reuth worked at Experian as a Decision Analytics Manager for Modeling Solutions from 2018 to 2020 and as an Analytics Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Experian, they held the position of Manager of Credit Risk Analytics at Wells Fargo Home Lending from 2011 to 2016. Reuth also worked at Wells Fargo Card Services Inc as a Senior Risk Management Consultant from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Scoring and Analytics at CitiFinancial Auto from 2006 to 2007, and they served as a Risk Manager at Wells Fargo from 2002 to 2006.

Reuth Kienow completed an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business between 1994 and 2000. In 2008, they began pursuing a Masters degree in Statistics at Iowa State University, and is currently in the program.
