Todd Yoder

Todd Yoder has over 14 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Senior Director of Growth & Pricing Strategies at Conn's HomePlus since July 2021. Before that, they served as Vice President of Marketing at OneMain Financial from June 2014 to July 2021, where they were responsible for developing and managing dynamic pricing grids, increasing pricing on a $3 billion annual volume by 10%, and implementing A/B testing. Prior to that, Todd worked at Springleaf Financial Services in various roles, including Lead Analyst from October 2012 to June 2014 and Risk Modeler II in Credit Risk Modeling from June 2007 to October 2012.

Todd Yoder attended the University of Southern Indiana from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics with a focus on Computer Science and Economics.
