Project Coordinator at Connstep

Amalia Hilliard has a diverse work experience spanning from 2019 to the present. Amalia started their career as an Administrative Assistant at HART (Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit) in June 2019. Later, they joined HILLS23 CONSULTING LLC as an Office Administrative Assistant in December 2018, where they handled mail routing, supplies requests, and maintained the office calendar.

In 2021, Amalia worked as a Political Intern at the Office of State Representative Carol Ammons. Then, in 2022, they joined CONNSTEP, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, where they played a key role in coordinating various projects. Amalia continued in this role till May 2023.

Currently, Amalia is employed at the University of Connecticut as a Recruiting Engagement Coordinator, starting from May 2023.

Amalia Hilliard received a High School Diploma from Punahou School in 2018, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Amalia then attended Louisiana State University from 2018 to 2019, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a field of study in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology. However, they transferred to Illinois State University in 2019, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government.
