Nitin Naikwadi has over a decade of experience in software development, primarily focused on Java programming. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Java Developer at Connvertex Technologies since July 2013, Nitin specializes in module design, customization of entities, and custom SQL for databases. Previously, Nitin held the position of Lead Full Stack Developer at American Family Insurance from March to October 2020, contributing to improved communication and productivity within the claims organization. Nitin also gained experience as a Java Software Engineer at Aktech Solutions and as a Java Application Developer at Crystal Hitech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Nitin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, completed in 2013, and an S.S.C. from Himgiri Vidyalaya, completed in 2008.
