Prakhar Rathore

Prakhar Rathore has over 12 years of work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Prakhar started their career as an Analyst at HCL Technologies in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Prakhar then joined DXC Technology as a Change Manager from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for defining and updating process strategies for change management. Prakhar then moved on to NTT DATA GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they served as an Account Services Manager from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in managing accounts and delivering services to clients. In 2019, they joined HCL Technologies again, this time as a Service Delivery Lead, where they provided governance for IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Currently, Prakhar is working at ConnX Inc. as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing the delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prakhar Rathore has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University in Lucknow, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Prakhar also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their higher education, Prakhar completed their high school education in Mathematics and Computer Science at New Way Senior Secondary School from 1991 to 2004.
