Satya Prakash

Satya Prakash has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Satya began their career as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services in December 2005, where they worked until July 2015. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in the IT industry.

Following their tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, Satya joined Hawaiian Airlines in June 2009 as a Project Consultant. Satya successfully led various projects involving Office 365 Exchange Hybrid Setup, ADFS/DirSync, and the migration of over 3000 users to O365 exchange online. Satya also played a key role in implementing MS Lync 2010 for HQ and major branch sites, involving over 1000 users.

In August 2015, Satya joined AT&T as a Technical Architect. Satya'sresponsibilities included providing architecture designs for integration of conferencing solutions with Lync/Skype for Business and capacity planning for various components such as Lync/Skype for Business, Exchange, Load Balancers, and voice gateways.

In 2018, Satya moved to ConnX Inc. as a Global Manager/Lead Pre-Sales Solutions Architect. Satya managed a team of Global UC Architects and Engineers, overseeing the deployment of UC solutions for Fortune 500 customers worldwide. Satya played a crucial role in defining the strategy for Global UC Deployments Operations and building a successful support organization for Atlas Global Cloud UC & Managed Services.

In January 2022, Satya was promoted to the position of Associate Director - Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at ConnX Inc. In this role, they lead onsite engagements as the senior-most client technology advisor and directly supervises a global multi-skilled solutions architect team. Satya ensures efficient and consistent presales and solution architecture processes while driving best practice adoption to optimize team productivity.

Satya Prakash's education history begins with their enrollment at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications. Satya then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from The ICFAI University, attending from 2014 to 2016.
