Florian Kindermann

Florian Kindermann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Florian began their career as an intern at the Deutscher Bundestag in May 2012. In July 2012, they interned at The German Railway Industry Association (VDB), and later in October of the same year, they joined Bombardier Transportation as a coop student, working there until September 2015. During this time, they also worked as a working student CTO at Bombardier Transportation from October 2015 to March 2017. Following this, Florian returned to The German Railway Industry Association (VDB) as a working student in market and technology research from April to August 2017. In 2018, they joined Horváth & Partners Management Consultants as an intern and working student, before transitioning to a consultant role in March 2019. Florian then became a managing consultant in April 2021, staying with the company until June 2021. Florian's most recent position is Chief of Staff at CONNY, starting in July 2021. Florian is currently working as the CFO at CONNY, a position they have held since April 2023.

Florian Kindermann began their education at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Florian completed this program in 2015. In 2014, Florian had the opportunity to study abroad at Wichita State University for a semester. Following this, they enrolled at Technische Universität Berlin in 2016 to study Aerospace Engineering, although the specific degree earned is not mentioned. Florian later attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2017 to 2019, earning a Master of Science degree in Master in Management.
