Bryce Bond

Bryce Bond currently serves as the Wells HSE Lead at ConocoPhillips since January 2022 and previously held the position of Environmental Health Safety Specialist. As the owner/operator of Installz LLC since July 1994, Bryce managed custom cabinet and millwork installations across the western United States and developed a safety program aligned with General Contractors' safety procedures. Prior experience includes working as an EHS Specialist at Hess Corporation from October 2014 to June 2020 and as an H&S Advisor for Wells at BP (BenTech Consulting) from June 2011 to September 2014, where duties included providing health and safety counsel and a deep understanding of OSHA regulations. Early in the career, Bryce functioned as the Lead Field Safety Technician, overseeing safety operations in Wyoming Well Completions. Educational background includes studies at Snow College from 1986 to 1990.
