Jacob D. Bullock

Jacob D. Bullock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Lower 48 Drilling Commercial Manager at ConocoPhillips since October 2012, Jacob has held several significant positions, including Drilling & Well Intervention Commercial Manager and Lower 48 Well Intervention Lead, managing a fiscal responsibility of $450MM for Well Intervention strategies aimed at enhancing competitive production. Prior to ConocoPhillips, Jacob worked at Halliburton from June 2009 to September 2012, where roles included Product Service Line Lead for Frac and operations-focused positions, leading teams and enhancing customer service in the Eagle Ford region. Jacob holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, an Analytics for Business Executives degree from Rice Business, a BBA in General Management & Economics from Cal State Fullerton, and further education from Louisiana State University.
