Jeff Bopp is a seasoned professional in compliance, ethics, and human resources with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Global Compliance & Ethics at ConocoPhillips since July 2012, Jeff manages the company's Code of Business Ethics & Conduct, overseeing investigations of alleged violations and developing training materials. Previously, as an HR Business Partner, Jeff implemented strategic workforce plans and facilitated leadership development. Prior experience includes roles at FMC Technologies as both an HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed diversity initiatives, global mobility, policy development, and full-cycle recruiting.
