Nihad Azizli

Nihad Azizli is a seasoned accounting and finance professional currently serving as the Head of Accounting Policy and Transactions at ConocoPhillips since March 2023. Previously, Nihad held various leadership positions at Honeywell, including Controller for Honeywell Process Solutions and Assistant Controller for Honeywell Building Technologies and Connected Enterprise, from January 2022 to March 2023. Nihad also contributed to Microsoft as a Senior Finance Manager in Technical Accounting from April 2021 to January 2022. Nihad's career began at Ernst & Young (EY), where Nihad progressed through roles from Intern to Senior Manager over a span of thirteen years. Nihad's early experience includes a Financial Control & Accounting Internship at BP. Nihad is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, expected to conclude in May 2026.
