Tracy Baggett

Tracy Baggett, CPLTA, has extensive experience in land analysis and project management, currently serving as a Staff Land Analyst at ConocoPhillips since September 2013. Tracy's roles have included managing special projects related to power acquisition for well pads and monitoring critical agreements in the Eagle Ford area. As a Senior Land Analyst, responsibilities included overseeing mineral and royalty acquisitions and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Previous positions also encompass roles in the Permian and Bakken/Williston areas, focusing on contract management and coordination of legal documentation. Tracy's early career included teaching positions at Abilene Independent School District and Cy-Fair Independent School District, where Tracy effectively aligned instructional strategies with state educational standards. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Abilene Christian University.
