Tyler Sletton

Tyler Sletton has extensive experience in the field of Instrumentation and Controls, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Reliability Supervisor at ConocoPhillips since December 2007, Tyler has held multiple leadership roles including I&C and Automation Team Lead, Instrument & Controls Team Lead, and Automation Project Manager. Key contributions include providing engineering support for Base Operations in Eagle Ford, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards in Canada Oil Sands. Previous roles at Burlington Resources involved managing SCADA systems and instrumentation maintenance, while early career positions included apprenticeships in instrumentation. Tyler is an alumnus of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
