Zach Awny

Zach Awny is a seasoned Senior Production Engineer with extensive experience at ConocoPhillips since January 2012, specializing in production management across various fields, including Alaska's Western North Slope and South Texas's Eagle Ford. Awny has successfully overseen the optimization of gas lift systems, coordinated data surveillance, and identified well work opportunities in unconventional horizontal wells. Previously, Awny worked on CO2 flooding projects in New Mexico and contributed to the development of integrated asset models in Wyoming. Earlier internships at Baker Hughes and CVR Energy involved hands-on experience with oil-field services and chemical engineering projects, complemented by dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Petroleum and Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
