Jaco Fourie is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer currently employed at Conosco since February 2022, with prior roles as a Managed Services Engineer at Triple4 and Technology Supervisor at Business Connexion. Jaco brings extensive knowledge in ICT infrastructure, conflict management, and process development, having coordinated and managed teams of system support staff while improving operational processes and ensuring service level monitoring. With a strong background in user and sales support, Jaco's expertise also includes analytical thinking, effective communication, and stress management. Jaco began a career in IT as a Service Desk Agent and Contract Support Analyst at Dimension Data, and holds an IT Engineering degree from CTI.
