Santa Zvaigzne-Sproģe, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their current position as Head of Investment Advice Department at Conotoxia, they are responsible for providing investment advice and managing the department. Santa gained research intern experience at Dukascopy Bank SA and held the role of Operational Manager at NeriaBaltic. Additionally, Santa completed an internship at the Luxembourg Institute for European and International Studies. Santa Zvaigzne-Sproģe, CFA has a Master's degree in Finance, General from Banku Augstskola, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from SBS Swiss Business School.

Prior to their master's degrees, Santa Zvaigzne-Sproģe obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Latvijas Universitate, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Santa also spent a year studying International Business at EM Strasbourg Business School from 2011 to 2012.

Santa Zvaigzne-Sproģe completed their secondary education at Riga English grammar school from 1998 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Santa Zvaigzne-Sproģe holds an Advanced Financial Services Certification from CySEC - Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which they obtained in January 2023.
