Carlos Alberto Pascoa

Carlos Alberto Pascoa has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Carlos Alberto started their career in 2012 as a Marketing Communications Intern at Junta de Freguesia da Estrela, where they helped plan and execute marketing campaigns. In 2012, they also worked as a Customer Sales Representative at Barclaycard, where they exceeded monthly KPIs and maintained customer relationships.

In 2013, Carlos moved on to The Ivy Collection, first as a Night Shift Kitchen Porter and then as a Line Chef. Carlos Alberto gained experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and health and safety practices.

Carlos then transitioned to Young's Pubs in 2015, where they worked as a Marketing Coordinator. Carlos Alberto managed social media accounts, developed marketing strategies, and conducted market research to drive increased sales and revenue.

In 2016, Carlos joined Blue Arrow as a Junior Business Manager. Carlos Alberto demonstrated strong recruitment skills, sourcing and screening CVs, building a pipeline of qualified professionals, and maintaining efficient candidate management systems.

From 2018 to 2020, Carlos worked at Endava as a Junior IT Recruiter and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Carlos Alberto successfully hired diverse roles, collaborated with teams to identify staffing needs, and improved the recruitment process.

In 2020, Carlos joined Conectys as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they hired and onboarded Content Moderators, Team Leaders, and Quality Analysts. Carlos Alberto also handled recruitment for management roles and ensured compliance with company guidelines.

Carlos then moved on to much. GmbH in 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist. Carlos Alberto managed staffing requirements, oversaw the payroll process, and developed essential documentation.

Currently, Carlos works at Conquest One as a Business Manager, starting in 2023.

Carlos Alberto Pascoa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from UCL from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Escola Profissional Bento de Jesus Caraça from 2009 to 2012, where they received a high school education with a focus on Communication, Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations. Additionally, Carlos has obtained several certifications including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from LinkedIn in April 2023, Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in April 2023, The Human Resources Hero from LinkedIn in April 2023, Certified Professional Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in October 2018, and Human Resources Management from CIPD in March 2018.
