Ken Lotocki has a diverse work experience in various companies spanning several years.

Ken started their career at EISI in 2005, holding roles such as Business Analyst/Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Ken eventually became the Team Leader, responsible for leading the business analysis team. Ken worked with EISI until 2012.

Ken Lotocki has a strong education background. Following this, Ken attended Red River College Polytechnic from 2007 to 2010 to pursue studies in Business Analyst, although it is not specified whether they completed a degree in this field. Prior to their time at Red River College, Ken had already completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Manitoba, which they undertook from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Ken has obtained a Level II Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Marketing in June 2007.
