Seyron Foo

Seyron Foo currently serves as the Senior Program Officer for Homelessness at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, overseeing an annual strategic grantmaking portfolio of approximately $45 million and managing a team of eight. Previous roles at the foundation included Senior Advocacy Officer, where advocacy strategies were developed to support various programmatic goals, including those focused on homelessness and transition-age foster youth. During tenure at Southern California Grantmakers, Seyron Foo held positions such as Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations, leading statewide advocacy efforts for Philanthropy California. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Policy Analyst for the City of Long Beach and internships at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Seyron Foo earned a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, along with additional coursework in International Relations at Fudan University.
