Lauren Frankford

Lauren Frankford is a professional with extensive experience in the financial and health sectors. Currently serving as a Retirement Manager at Conrad Siegel since March 2021, Lauren previously worked as a Branch Banker 3 at Truist from December 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Lauren was the Owner of CDL Health and Fitness, Inc. from November 2017 to December 2019. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Gettysburg College (1996-2000) and a Master of Education in Athletic Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
