Laurie Pardon

Laurie Pardon currently serves as a Retirement Plan Manager at Conrad Siegel, a position held since February 2015, where responsibilities include performing complex valuations and overseeing the establishment of new retirement plans. Prior to this, Laurie Pardon worked as a Retirement Plan Assistant, supporting retirement managers and setting up new and existing retirement plans. Laurie's earlier experience includes various roles at Toys R Us from 1991 to 2001, initially in payroll before advancing to analysis positions. Additionally, Laurie began a career in payroll as a Payroll Clerk at IPC and worked as a Bank Teller at Citizens First Bank during college. Laurie Pardon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Cabrini University, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Harcum College.
