Lauren Gray

Lauren Gray has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as a Secondary Teacher at Conroe Independent School District since July 2018 and as a Director at KinderCare Education since December 2016. Previously, Lauren worked as an EC-6 Teacher at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD from July 2015 to December 2016 and held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) from January 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included supporting the accreditation system's integrity through data collection and analysis. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Development from American Military University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
