Terry Woods

Terry Woods has a diverse work experience in education and theater. Terry has served as an Owner and CEO at Second Act: Pathways to Education/Second Act Senior Theatre since 2007, offering classes in theater and adult education. Prior to this, Terry was a GED Instructor/Director at Conroe ISD in 2005. In 2009, they became the Managing Director of C. KIDZ Theatre School at the Owen Theatre in Conroe. Before that, they worked as an Administrator/Teacher at Willis Isd Roark Early Childhood Center from 1993 to 2005. Terry started their career in 1981 as a Teacher/Reading ESL Specialist at Alief ISD, where they worked until 1993.

Terry Woods holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Education Elementary with Language Arts from D'Youville University. Terry also obtained a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Canisius University. Additionally, they received TX State Certificates in ESL and Gifted educational studies from the University of Saint Thomas. Furthermore, they completed a Masters Degree and Doctoral Cohort (ABD) in Educational Leadership and Administration PK-12 from Sam Houston State University. Terry holds various certifications in teaching, ESL, Gifted education, Principalship, Professional, and Directorship from the State of Texas.
