Felicia Mundhenke began their work experience in 2006 at Puma as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2009. Felicia then moved to Louis Vuitton Germany, where they worked as a Manager in Training from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at MICHALSKY as a Project Manager. In 2012, they joined Esprit and held several roles, including Marketing Controlling & Strategic Planning Manager from 2012 to 2014, VP Head of Brand Marketing from 2014 to 2017, and VP Head of Consumer Communication from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Felicia is the CEO & Co-Founder of consalio, a company focused on transforming the way corporates and advisors collaborate.

Felicia Mundhenke attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Diploma in Business Administration. Additionally, in 2004 to 2005, they studied at EAE Business School and completed a Master's in Finance. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, Felicia obtained several certifications related to digital marketing. Felicia received certifications in areas such as customer engagement, social media planning and analytics from Columbia Business School, social media marketing campaign planning and execution from Stukent, and fundamentals of digital marketing from Google Digital Garage.
