Norm Osumi

Norm Osumi serves as Chief Executive Officer at HighIQ.ai since July 2024, where the focus is on driving the vision of intelligent automation through AI-driven solutions that enhance accounting and finance operations. Currently, Osumi also acts as a Strategic Growth Partner at Consark.ai, facilitating the introduction of innovative AI solutions in the US market. Previously, as a Finance & Accounting Consultant and Senior Vice President at LivePerson from February 2021 to September 2024, Osumi achieved significant cost reductions and contributed to the modernization of financial infrastructure. Notably, Osumi reported directly to the Interim CEO, played a key role in divesting a non-core business, and ensured compliance in accounting and financial functions. Earlier experience includes a Senior Director position at NortonLifeLock, where Osumi led complex accounting operations and compliance initiatives related to acquisitions and divestitures. Educational credentials include a degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
