Né Fink is an Independent Consultant, currently focused on offering consulting and training on gender diversity at universities and companies. With a background in advising individual travelers and a history of roles in office management, Fink co-founded an initiative related to gender and ethnicity while earning a Master's degree in Gender and Ethnicity from Universiteit Utrecht. Previously, Fink served as an advisor for trans* students at The University of Göttingen and facilitated workshops that promote intercultural exchange and diversity. Fink's work emphasizes the importance of curiosity, openness, and the prevention of discrimination in professional settings.
