Parth Chhaya is an experienced culinary professional with 27 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, both in India and abroad. Starting as a kitchen executive trainee with the Taj Group of Hotels, Parth advanced to chef de partie over a span of eight years before moving to East Africa to serve as a sous chef and later an executive chef at a beach resort. Parth continued to expand their skills in New Zealand through various roles in hotels, cafes, and institutional catering.
