Paul Pearlman

Paul Pearlman is an independent consultant currently working in project management, intellectual property, and technology evaluation after a distinguished 37-year career in the chemical, polymer, fiber, and biotechnology industries. They held significant roles at INVISTA, including Global Manager of Innovation and Program Leader of Sustainability, where they focused on emerging technologies and bio-based solutions. Earlier in their career, Pearlman worked at DuPont in various capacities, including Senior Research Chemist and Technology License Manager, leading initiatives in new product development and technology licensing. Pearlman earned a BS in Chemistry from The George Washington University, followed by a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a post-doctoral fellowship in Organometallic Chemistry at Colorado State University.
