Raluca Manta

Raluca Manta is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across various organizations. As the Marketing Manager at Phoenix Contact since April 2022 and previously at Doka from April 2020 to March 2022, Raluca developed and implemented comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, managed budgets, and enhanced brand positioning. Raluca has also worked as a Marcom Consultant since July 2018, focusing on digital marketing strategies and internal communications. Prior experiences include roles at UNICEF as a Communication & New Media Analyst and at The Home Depot and Man Ro in sales positions. Raluca holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Master’s in Communication and Public Relations, complemented by a background in Mathematics and Computer Science.
