Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as Principal Consultant and Coach at Conscientious Coaching and Consulting LLC since September 2018, Michelle founded the firm to support individuals and organizations in creating and sustaining healthy workplaces. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations & Human Resources and Employee Engagement at the Sabin Vaccine Institute from September 2020 to May 2024, and Director of Talent Acquisition and Management at Polaris from April 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, Michelle has held positions in various reputable organizations, including The Brookings Institution, where human capital management services were provided, and has experience as an adjunct professor, teaching business administration at The University of the District of Columbia. Michelle holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from Howard University.
