Mark Mears is an accomplished marketing executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across both agencies and brands. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at LEAF Growth Ventures, LLC since October 2016, Mears brings a wealth of expertise from notable companies including PepsiCo/Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, and The Cheesecake Factory. Mears has held significant positions such as Chief Marketing Officer at WOWorks, LLC and Noodles & Company, as well as President/Chief Concept Officer at Mimi's Cafe.
