Timothy Henry

Timothy Henry serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Emeritus at Conscious Capitalism, Inc. since February 2008, co-authoring the "Conscious Capitalism Field Guide" to promote the principles of conscious capitalism in organizations. As a co-founder and Board of Trustees member, Timothy advocates for businesses that excel while making a positive impact. Timothy also contributes as a Board Member for First United Bank and hosts "The Conscious Capitalists Podcast," focusing on business and leadership topics. Previous roles include CEO at Arete Management LLC, co-CEO at Bridge Partnership, and senior consultant at the Authentic Leadership Institute. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in Biology, Psychology, and Religion.
