Bentley Coplin Holmes

Bentley Coplin Holmes is a seasoned HR and culture consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Conscious Culture Co. since July 2019, Bentley focuses on addressing culture challenges for startups and small businesses. Previous positions include Director of People Operations at Glo, where Bentley advocated for an inclusive and high-performing culture, and Human Resources Advisor at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, where Bentley developed a resource library for attracting and retaining talent. Earlier experience encompasses running a consulting practice, directing culture and community impact at The Giving Keys, and managing events at United Way of Greater Los Angeles and Starlight Children's Foundation. Bentley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and studied at Università degli Studi di Firenze.
