Prior to this, Tiffany Keesey held the position of CEO at tiffany keesey co. from March 2014 to July 2019, partnering with creative organizations to strengthen HR capacity. Noteworthy experience includes a significant tenure as Director of People Operations at Invisible Children Inc. from 2005 to 2014, where Tiffany Keesey established a comprehensive HR department, oversaw global strategies for a team of 200, and enhanced employee engagement through innovative culture initiatives. A graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in English Literature and a Pre-Med focus, Tiffany Keesey also managed large teams and implemented effective recruitment and talent management strategies throughout their career.
