Jenny Vanderberg Shannon

Jenny Vanderberg Shannon is a marketing and content innovation specialist currently at Conscious Discipline since April 2023. With a diverse background in education, Jenny has held various roles including instructional coach at Goode Education Group, LLC, and peer mentorship facilitator/English teacher at Ramapo High School, where responsibilities included overseeing a mentorship program and developing curriculum for grades 9 and 10. Additional experience includes serving as an education consultant for the BOE and as an academic coordinator at Montclair Board of Education, focusing on IEP implementation and communication with stakeholders. Jenny also has supervised English and Fine Arts curriculum at Pioneer Academy and taught English at Elmwood Park High School. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from William Paterson University.
