Julien Dauguet has over 15 years of experience in the technology and research fields. In 2002, they began their career as a PhD student at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives. Julien then moved to Epidaure Research Group, INRIA Sophia Antipolis, France in 2001 as a collaborative PhD student. In 2005, they worked as a Post doc at Brigham and Women's Hospital and as a Research fellow at Harvard Medical School. In 2008, Julien was a Research scientist at Philips Medical Systems, and in 2009 they worked as a Researcher at CNRS. In 2012, they became Image Computing Manager at Mauna Kea Technologies, and in 2014 they were Vigilans Projet leader at Avrul Incubateur Technologique. Since 2015, they have been Co-founder and CEO of Conscious Labs, a next-gen brain sensing technology for head wearables to improve performance, safety and well-being. Julien is currently incubated at Startburst, the global Aerospace and Defense Accelerator.
Julien Dauguet attended Harvard Medical School from 2005 to 2007, where they were a Fellow in Biomedical Image Analysis. Julien also attended Harvard University during the same time period, where they were a Fellow in Image Processing.
