Jonathan Dallas is an experienced professional in creator partnerships and talent management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Conscious Minds Studios since May 2025, Jonathan previously held roles at Wasserman as a Talent Manager and at Underscore Talent Management as a Talent Partnerships Manager and Program Manager. Jonathan's expertise includes recruiting and managing digital creators, negotiating brand collaborations, overseeing content production strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles at Jellysmack, Bleav Podcast Network, and United Talent Agency, complemented by a foundation in legislative work and ecological outreach from an internship at the Western Riverside Council of Governments. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and an MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of California, Riverside.
