Adam Long has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to 2021. In 2008, they volunteered with the Gawad Kalinga Foundation. From 2010-2011, they worked as a Marketing Officer (Strategy and Online - AusIndustry Division) APS6 at the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science. In 2011, they became a Board Director for Engineers Without Borders Australia and founded Beehive Digital Manufacturing Pty Ltd. In 2012, they ran one of Australia's first successful crowdfunding campaigns for a bamboo notebook design. From 2016-2019, they were the CEO of Smarter Drafter: Advanced Legal Documents, Faster. In 2019, they became the Chief Growth Officer of Humanitix and The Ethical CEO - Independent Strategy Consultant and Speaker for TheEthicalCEO.com. In 2021, they became the Managing Director and Head of Strategy for ThunderLabs.

Adam Long has a diverse educational background. Adam completed a Bachelor of Industrial Design from UNSW in 2009, with a focus in Marketing and Manufacturing. In 2016, they obtained certifications from HubSpot in Inbound Certification, Inbound Marketing Certification, and Inbound Sales Certification. Adam also received a certification from the Australian Council for Educational Research in Psychometric Test Administration in 2016. In 2015, they obtained a Coursera Verified Certificate in Managing the Company of the Future. In 2019, they completed a Strategy for eCommerce (Digital Businesses) program at Harvard University, and they also obtained a Climate Reality Training certification from The Climate Reality Project. In 2021, they were accepted into the Scholarship Program at The Marketing Academy. Adam is currently enrolled in a Documentary Production program at (NIDA) National Institute of Dramatic Art, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
