CONSCIOUSXCHANGE is an equity-focused business, leadership, and life design coaching and consulting company for BIPOC professionals and entrepreneurs who are grounded in values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), the pursuit of social, political, and economic advancement of racialized communities, and liberation for all.

We are working to build a world where people of racialized identities can hold social, political, and economic power and achieve time, location, financial, and occupational freedom.

We do this by helping BIPOC entrepreneurs launch and scale their own businesses and BIPOC professionals claim their seat at the table and lead from within.

What we do:

Leadership Coaching
Claim Your Seat at the Table
You were born to lead and change the system from within. We help you make your way to the top and activate your employee activism for systemic change. Be a leader who confidently advocates for themselves and uplifts BIPOC and other marginalized employees.

Business Coaching
Build Your Own Table
You were made to chart your own path. We’re here to debunk the capitalistic lie that you need to work for someone else in order to be “successful.” Take the leap and transition from employee to full-time coach, consultant, creative, or online service-based entrepreneur.

Activate your agency and either claim your seat at the table or build your own table and use your power and platform for good.
