Floriane Thomas has extensive experience in international cooperation and external relations within governmental institutions. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of External Relations at the Conseil Constitutionnel since September 2017, Floriane Thomas has played a pivotal role in developing partnerships and organizing significant events concerning the Rule of Law and Human Rights. Prior to this, at the Ministère de la Justice, Floriane Thomas established international cooperation initiatives and managed partnerships while leading a team. Early career experiences include working on justice reform projects in the MENA region and coordinating cultural policies at the Mairie de Champigny sur Marne. Floriane Thomas holds a Master II in Territorial Administration Law and has formal education in political sciences and law from prestigious French institutions.
