Alexandre Borotra

Alexandre Borotra serves as the Directeur général délégué at the Département des Yvelines since January 2023, focusing on territorial planning, finance, and human resources. Previously, Alexandre held the position of Directeur général adjoint for Aménagement et développement des territoires at the Conseil départemental des Yvelines from December 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included the implementation of territorial development policies, urban renewal, and sustainable development. From September 2014 to November 2019, Alexandre was the Directeur du développement at the Conseil Général des Yvelines, overseeing contractual policies and infrastructure improvements. Earlier experience includes positions as Directeur du développement économique at the Etablissement Public d'Aménagement du Mantois Seine Aval, Directeur par interim and Responsable du développement économique at the Agence d'Urbanisme et de Développement de Seine Aval, Chargé d’études at CCIP, and Rédacteur at Ubiqus. Alexandre holds a degree from ESCP-EAP and a Baccalauréat économique with honors from Lycée Saint-Jean Hulst in Versailles.
