Fanny Petitbon

Fanny Petitbon has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Chargée de Mission Culture et Orientation for the Programme Egalité des Chances and Responsable Ressources Humaines at Département des Yvelines since January 2016. Responsibilities include implementing HR strategy, supporting organizational transformations, and guiding teams in talent acquisition and management. Previously, Fanny worked at PLIE Plaine Centrale Initiatives as Chargée de Relations Entreprises, developing a network of businesses and offering recruitment support, and at PLIE de Paris Nord-Est, managing HR administration and recruitment processes. Early career experience includes a role as Technicienne des Contrats de Travail at GROUPE SOS. Fanny holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Burgundy School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
