France Devos

France Devos is a professional with extensive experience in public procurement and legal aspects of public markets. Currently serving as an Acheteur and Juriste marchés publics at the Département des Yvelines since April 2011, France has also held the position of Gestionnaire marchés publics at Conseil général des Hauts-de-Seine from May 2010 to April 2011 and worked as Juriste marchés publics at Conseil Général des Yvelines from December 2009 to May 2010. France Devos holds a Master 2 degree in Public Real Estate Law, Public Procurement Law, Urban Planning Law, and Land Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, completed in 2009.
