Julien Chambon

Julien Chambon serves as the Maire of Mairie de Houilles since July 2020 and holds several key positions including Vice President of Seine-et-Yvelines Numérique and Vice President in charge of habitat and housing for the CASGBS since November 2021 and July 2020, respectively. As a Conseiller départemental for Département des Yvelines since July 2021, Julien contributes to regional governance. Prior to these roles, Julien founded Kintsugee to support entrepreneurial experiences for those in need and led Add Your Voice as CEO, focusing on digital transformation consulting. Julien also managed Déco et Saveurs as CEO from 2009 to 2018, building a growing e-commerce business. Academic experience includes teaching sociology at Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and serving as a chargé de mission at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. Julien holds an Executive Mastère spécialisé in Digital Humanities from Sciences Po and is pursuing a doctorate in sociology while having obtained a DEA in sociology from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
