Pascal Yvan Pelletier

Pascal Yvan Pelletier has had a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Pascal Yvan began their career at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Science and Technology as an Economist in 1998. Pascal Yvan then joined CMHC in 1999 as a Market Analyst and progressed to roles such as Senior Market Analyst and Senior Economist until 2015. In 2016, Pascal worked as an International Housing Consultant at Third Bridge Group Limited for a brief period. Pascal Yvan then transitioned to the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) in 2015, where they served as the Organizational Effectiveness Director and later as the Director of the CAO Service for Accountability, Planning, and Organizational Performance. In 2018, Pascal became a Board Member for the Centre Psychosocial while simultaneously holding their position at CECCE.

Pascal Yvan Pelletier started their education at Collège de Sherbrooke, where they earned a DEC in Sciences Pures from 1990 to 1993. Pascal Yvan then attended the Université de Sherbrooke, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Psychology from 1994 to 1996 at the same institution. Later on, Pascal completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from 1997 to 1999, also at the Université de Sherbrooke.
