Hugo Castonguay

Hugo Castonguay is an experienced educational leader with a significant tenure at Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario (CEPEO). Since August 2016, Hugo has served as Directeur and previously held the role of direction adjointe from September 2012 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, achieving certification for 19 schools and the head office in January 2015. Hugo's earlier career at CEPEO from September 1997 to December 2011 focused on teaching intermediate-level mathematics, social studies, and physical education. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Ottawa (1996) and further qualifications in educational leadership from Laurentian University - Université de Hearst and ADFO.
