Daniel Audet

First Vice-president at Conseil du patronat du Québec

Daniel Audet is an experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, law, and corporate affairs. Since 2008, Daniel has served as a columnist at Journal de Montreal while concurrently holding the position of first vice-president at Conseil du patronat du Québec since 2007. Previously, Daniel acted as a special advisor to the Leader of the Official Opposition and held various roles, including president at NATIONAL Public Relations and agent general at Delegation generale London. Daniel's early career includes serving as vice-president of corporate affairs at Groupe Videotron and chief of staff for the Minister of Finance. Additionally, Daniel worked as a lawyer at Lapointe Rosenstein and as a freelance journalist. Daniel is a member of the Fédération professionnelle des journalistes du Québec and has an educational background that includes degrees from the University of Ottawa, Université de Montréal, École du Barreau du Québec, and Ivey Business School at Western University.
