Steven Fandroana

Steven Fandroana is an experienced professional in client success and HR services, currently serving as the Head of Client Success at Sparkbay since 2016 and as Partner HR Services at Conseil du patronat du Québec since August 2019. Prior roles include Process Leader at Blue Solutions and Head of Partnerships at ServicesTutorat, both in 2015-2016, as well as Process, Product, and Project Officer at General Dynamics OTS from 2013 to 2015. Steven Fandroana holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
