Sidney Arruda

Sidney Arruda currently serves as the Chefe de Núcleo for Monitoramento e Fiscalização do Sistema Carcerário e Medidas Socioeducativas at Conselho Nacional de Justiça since November 2016, overseeing the monitoring and supervision of both the prison system and socio-educational measures. Previous roles at CNJ include leadership positions in the Divisão do Processo Judicial Eletrônico and Gestão Estratégica de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação. Prior to joining CNJ, Sidney Arruda worked as a Pesquisador-Tecnologista at INEP and held various IT roles at BB Tecnologia e Serviços and Sistemas Abertos Informática, among others. Educational qualifications include a current graduate program in Governance, Technology, and Innovation from Universidade Católica de Brasília, an MBA in Software Management from Uni-ANHANGUERA, and a degree in System Analysis from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira.
