David Plumb

David Plumb is a seasoned mediator and director at the Consensus Building Institute, where work is focused on US and Latin America engagements since September 2008. Prior to this role, David served as the Director of Sustainable Business Practice at Search for Common Ground from April 2007 to August 2008 and as an Independent Consultant at the Consensus Building Institute from October 2005 to April 2007. David's experience also includes mediating at Safe Horizon in 2006-2007 and serving as a reporter for Bloomberg News from 2000 to 2005, where responsibilities included covering finance, banking, and insurance, as well as serving as the Argentina Correspondent in Buenos Aires. David holds a Mid-Career MPA from Harvard Kennedy School (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Latin American Studies from Princeton University (1991-1995).
